After several years of working as a food photographer in New York City, Erin Gleeson moved to a cabin in the woods in Woodside, CA, where she created The Forest Feast food blogand cookbook series which fuse her love of cooking with her own photography and watercolor paintings.

Sandee Birdwell is a radiation oncologist, clinical advocate and integrative practitioner. She attended Princeton University and studied Molecular Biology. She went on to Stanford University School of Medicine for her medical degree and then completed a residency in Radiation Oncology at Stanford Hospital. She worked in the department of radiation oncology at Stanford Hospital for 10 years. Most recently Sandee trained to become a clinical advocate while also completing the D
